Shipping and Returns
We do our best to ship all orders within two business days, exlcuding public holidays. As we use local couriers, we do not ship to P.O boxes. Estimated delivery times for Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane is 1-4 working days. For other states, delivery times may be longer. Due to current delivery conditions, delays may be expected.
Return / Exchange Policy
Returns: TriggerPoint Asia Pacific accepts returns of faulty products purchased within 12 months of the original purchase date from our website.Please contact us at email@example.com and include your invoice number, a description of the defect and photos (where applicable). If the item was purchased directly from our site, please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund to be issued back into your bank account from when it is processed by our facility. If the product was purchased from a third party, goods must be returned to place of purchase.
Exchanges: TriggerPoint Asia Pacific offers a 1-year warranty on all our products against manufacturer’s defects. Products deemed defective may be sent to the below address with a copy of the receipt within this period for replacement only. If you have additional questions about our return or warranty policy, please contact Customer Service. Please note that natural wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
Implus LLC does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges being sent back to our facility.
