All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from time of order.

If, for any reason, it is not possible to fulfill these terms we will email or phone you advising you of the delay. You will then have the right to cancel your order, if you so decide, without any penalty.

Orders are processed every day Monday thru Friday. Orders received after 12:00pm may be mailed on the next processing business day.

All orders are mailed via FedEx services with tracking # and insurance. If you do not receive your item(s) you must contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of the shipping date to obtain information on your package. Trigger Point Technologies does not assume responsibility for items not delivered or misrouted after 30 days of the shipping date if not contacted by the customer within the 30 day time frame.
