RETURN POLICY
We, at Trigger Point Technologies, want you to be perfectly satisfied with our products. If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied for any reason we will gladly provide a refund or exchange. Beyond 30 days, TPT will replace your merchandise against any manufacturing defects for up to 90 days. Beyond 90 days, we can still replace defective product, but you will be charged for the shipping & handling costs to get your replacement to you(in other words, you will need to provide us with your CC/billing information for any returns/exchanges beyond 90 days from your initial purchase.) To make a return or exchange by mail, simply send all products and original packaging (including mesh bag & DVD) with a copy of your invoice/receipt to the address below.Indicate the reason for the return/exchange and the action to be taken. If you do not have your original invoice/receipt, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following information: Name Address Phone Number Order Date/Order No. Method of Payment Item Description Reason for Return/Exchange TP representative that you spoke with(if this applies) Action to be taken upon return-refund or replacement

We will process your return/exchange within 2 to 4 weeks. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, however, for your protection, it is highly recommended that you obtain delivery confirmation (tracking) and insurance, and retain a copy of your receipt.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
